Thanks Jodie (rednailz) for the following updates...

Please visit http://www.asvp.dest.gov.au/public/ for more information and be advised that you have to ring the training organisation to see if they accept the work skills voucher otherwise you will be up for the money yourself if you enroll via the net before speaking to them.

Also look at the Productivity Places Program (http://www.deewr.gov.au/Skills/Programs ... fault.aspx) - as it offers free training for job seekers from a cert 2 to a diploma in different fields. There are also apprenticeships available for youth and mature aged (over 25) in the beauty sector you just have to contact your local apprenticeship outlet and they will be able to help - some employers will be eligible for putting an apprentice on plus at tax time the apprentice gets a bonus as well plus some costs towards a nail kit.
