Advice on how to practice

Does anyone have any ideas on how I can practice smile lines & infills without a real person?

how do u do it with dolly pegs? (Is it obvious Im new to nails yet) LOL

They're the old style wooden pegs with no moving parts that some of us turned into little dolls with wool hair and pipe cleaner arms when we were children :)
