  Ha ha, I should start hiring him out!! Although would be fun to have you both here, we could play nails while he makes your stuff! Lol.

oh no Kylie! What have you done, they don't need much tempting.....

Welcome Alicen, and I too would suggest Vivid as a recognised course. The beauty of the courses there is Viv offers several delivery modes: full time, part time, elearning. All Cert II courses require a certain amount of workplacement the ones I'm qualified to teach are 70 hours. Whatever you choose to do, Tess has made a great offer, and if I lived closer I would certainly take her up on it

Haha, man i'm slow...i was just sitting back and ensuring you were all happy with the arrangements bekki has put in place. I like that, kylie's garage with her husbands 2 extra brothers(they don't even have to be tall, dark and handsome....just smart, handy, nail table makers)while kylie, bekki and I play nails. I will bring the..ah...ummm...hmmm....butter chicken? Feed our new hubby's so they can build their butts off.Ohhh, we better feed tess too then we can go round and suck up all that awesomness and grease our way into her salon with our one of a kind custom built, whatever we want included nail tables.. :) Sounds good, i like it...so when should we get packing bekki?

Welcome Alicen - you'll have to let us all know how it goes! I was disappointed with my course so make like a sponge with Tess!

As for this nail mansion ladies, you'll have to have a spare room so that interstate people like me can come for a visit

Hi Alicen and congratulations on your baby! :-)

I completely understand your concerns and you certainly don't want to bite off more than you can chew - as I imagine it would be quite hard to commit to training while your baby is so young. To begin with, you can start your nail research at anytime. Some books that you might like to purchase that will be very useful in any future nail studies are:

Milady's Standard Nail Technology (Paperback)
http://www.bookdepository.co.uk/book/97 ... Technology

The Complete Nail Technician
http://www.bookdepository.co.uk/book/97 ... Technician

Nail Structure and Product Chemistry
http://www.bookdepository.co.uk/book/97 ... -Chemistry

Shipping is free from the Book Depository :-)
