Dry Pedi Procedure

Postby angelspot » Fri Jun 25, 2010 5:18 pm

Hot towels the clients feet*
Apply sanitizing gel to clients feet and legs
Remove old polish
Shorten, file and shape toenails
Apply Cuticle Remover & push back cuticles
prep and apply gel colour*
foot file calluses until smooth
hot/dry towel off the removed skin
Apply exfoliating scrub
hot towel off scrub (if you are using Lomasi scrub you don't need to remove it)
Apply lotion and procede with massage
clean lotion off nail plate and apply polish*
*optional steps

If I'm doing a dry Pedi I like to spend the extra time the clients would have been soaking on the massage.. they don't mind one bit

Now I'm hoping i can warm my towels in a slow cooker.....experimenting right now...then I'll be able to offer a waterless pedicure.

Not a worry at all your very welcome..
Even if you don't have access to hot towels you can just use sanitizing gel and a dry towel to cleanse the dead skin off.
