Really nice design on the nail.

I love the Nfu-Oh art brush, you need to take it straight back to your supplier and have them exchange it, used or not, it shouldn't split like that if you have gotten all the glue out of it and you train it into shape during and after use. I wouldn't recommend twirling it as you wipe it as this will train the hairs to twist and not stay straight.

In the first photo you posted you can notice a line of light down the middle of the nail, look for this line and if it's wobbly or not straight then your shaping is a little out somewhere. If the line of light is straight then your nail is shaped nicely.

You have done really well with your 3D, try to thin it out a little more so the edges aren't so heavy, think "delicate" when you're doing it.

Oh and I love the attitude, "Broken nail - disaster? NO- opportunity for a play" That is fantastic!!!

Hi Girls,

Whilst we generally do not accept returns on sable brushes, we are more than happy to forward the brushes to Vivid nails on your behalf. If they believe they are faulty, then we will get a replacement brush for you. That is our commitment and our responsibility.

By law, all brushes must be free from defect otherwise they must be replaced or you get a refund. The law ensures that you get what you pay for.

If we were the importers of the brush and found them to be faulty, we would automatically replace them and search for an explanation from the manufacturer. These things can happen. I am sure that Vivid nails will give them careful consideration.

Please return to point of purchase. I will email my staff and advise them that we have some suspect brushes being returned that will be forwarded to Vivid nails.

Never feel that you have no recourse if your product appears faulty. If you deal with a reputable supplier, you will always get a fair deal.

Remember, we always put the customer first.

Regards

Wes
